The existing extension is not in keeping with the main house and does not provide good insulation, therefore the design involves demolition of this and construction of a new contemporary kitchen and dining room.
The new space includes a new open-plan kitchen and dining area with a large rooflight over. Bifolding doors lead from the space to external paving and garden. Planning Permission and Building Control applications were completed successfully, the project is now going forward to construction.
